My journey to holistic health
When I was studying to become a dentist, my own health hit its lowest point. I was obese and in and out of the hospital, there nearly half of every month. Then an accident took an entire year from me, and I was left feeling hopeless and bleak.
Alongside obesity, I was living with a long list of conditions: wheezing, migraines, GERD, PCOS, kidney stones, allergic rhinitis, high cholesterol, pre-diabetes, and even anxiety and depression.
I tried the quick fixes, like detox supplements, and nothing held. With nowhere else to turn, I began reading and learning about nutrition, as the patient who was living it. That knowledge opened my eyes to what genuine, holistic health actually takes, and I rebuilt myself from the ground up. I haven't been hospitalized since.
I turned that recovery into my life's work. I've earned certifications including Precision Nutrition and have helped over 600+ clients transform while eating the food they grew up with. Now I'm focusing my training on oncology nutrition, to walk beside people through some of the hardest health journeys of all.
My philosophy is simple: your plan should fit your life, not the other way around. No starving, no banned foods, no copy-paste diets, just a personalized, sustainable path built around you.
